These are single stage vacuum boosters designed to pull deep vacuum along with a dry pump or backing pump. Vacuum 1 x 10-3 Torr. Specialized peanut shaped rotor design with capacities from 250 acfm (425 m3/hr) to 15000 acfm (25000 m3/hr). Various seal arrangements and materials of construction are available depending on the application.
